Data Deletion Instructions

BABYLON Social Publisher connects only to social media accounts that BABYLON owns or manages, to publish our own posts. If you connected an account to it, or you want us to delete any data we hold about you, you can do it in either of the ways below.
Option 1 — Remove the app from your account
Facebook:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (under Security, or in Accounts Center → Your information and permissions).
- Find BABYLON Social Publisher and choose Remove.
Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites, find BABYLON Social Publisher, and choose Remove.
Removing the app stops our access straight away. To also delete what we already stored, use Option 2.
Option 2 — Ask us by email
Email
[email protected] with the subject
"Data deletion request" and tell us:
- your name;
- the platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit or Telegram) and your account name or link.
We will confirm receipt, delete the access tokens and data linked to that account from our systems, and reply to confirm it is done within 30 days.
BABYLON School accounts
If you have a BABYLON School account through a school, contact that school to delete or change your information. The school manages those records, and we act on its instructions. You can also email us and we will pass your request to the school.

يتصل ناشر بابلون الاجتماعي فقط بحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي التي تملكها بابلون أو تديرها، لنشر منشوراتنا. إذا ربطت حساباً به، أو أردت أن نحذف أي بيانات نحتفظ بها عنك، يمكنك ذلك بإحدى الطريقتين أدناه.
الطريقة 1 — إزالة التطبيق من حسابك
فيسبوك:
- افتح فيسبوك واذهب إلى الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات.
- افتح التطبيقات ومواقع الويب (ضمن الأمان، أو في مركز الحسابات ← معلوماتك وأذوناتك).
- ابحث عن BABYLON Social Publisher واختر إزالة.
إنستغرام: اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ومواقع الويب، وابحث عن BABYLON Social Publisher، واختر إزالة.
إزالة التطبيق توقف وصولنا فوراً. ولحذف ما تم حفظه سابقاً استخدم الطريقة 2.
الطريقة 2 — راسلنا بالبريد الإلكتروني
أرسل رسالة إلى
[email protected] بعنوان
"طلب حذف بيانات" واذكر:
- اسمك؛
- المنصة (فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو تيك توك أو يوتيوب أو لينكدإن أو إكس أو ريديت أو تيليغرام) واسم حسابك أو رابطه.
سنؤكد استلام طلبك، ونحذف رموز الوصول والبيانات المرتبطة بذلك الحساب من أنظمتنا، ونرد عليك لتأكيد الحذف خلال 30 يوماً.
حسابات نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون
إذا كان لديك حساب في نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون عن طريق مدرسة، فتواصل مع تلك المدرسة لحذف معلوماتك أو تعديلها، فهي التي تدير تلك السجلات ونحن ننفذ تعليماتها. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا وسننقل طلبك إلى المدرسة.
