Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use babylonvision.net and BABYLON School. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who we are
BABYLON builds software for schools. BABYLON School is our school management platform.
2. Using BABYLON School
- Schools use BABYLON School under an agreement with us. That agreement covers pricing, service levels and data handling, and it takes priority over these terms where they differ.
- Accounts are created by schools for their staff, students and families. Keep your password private and do not share your account.
- Use the service only for legitimate school purposes and only for information you are allowed to see.
- Do not try to break into accounts, disrupt the service, copy the software, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
3. School data
Information entered by a school belongs to that school. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The school is responsible for having the right to enter it.
4. Our content
The BABYLON name, logo, website and software belong to BABYLON. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or retire features. Important changes will be communicated to schools in advance.
6. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and service are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
